The Law Office of Carilyn Ibsen PLLC is a law practice located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Our office dedicates itself primarily to criminal defense. This allows Carilyn to provide an aggressive and knowledgeable defense to all North Carolina criminal violations ranging from traffic tickets for speeding to Driving while impaired/ driving under influence (DWI/DUI), driving while license revoked or other general misdemeanors such as theft, assaults and underage drinking violations. If you face a misdemeanor or any serious felony case such as possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, burglary or robbery, Carilyn can help guide you through this challenging process.
As a former prosecutor, Carilyn understands how imperative it is to hire a competent and effective attorney. As a Deputy District Attorney in Orange County California she was required to handle up to eighty cases daily.
